It was great to see all of you at our "Open House". Your children were very excited to show you their self portraits, "All About Me" newspapers, Growth Mindset goals, etc.

Our Reading and Writing Workshops have been filled with many great stories. We are reading them in meaningful ways and writing them too.

Today we enjoyed Team Time with Ms. Lubic's class. We read the book A Bad Case of Stripes and enjoyed our snacks outside. 

Fluffy had a wonderful summer at Meredith's house. Thank you! He seems happy to be back at CCS with his class now. He even squeaks at snack time. He loves carrot peelings, celery leaves, watermelon, apples, lettuce, Kale, etc. His favorite food is hay. Please feel free to send in any fruit and veggie scraps that you have or hay.  The students love to feed Fluffy and he eats A LOT!
