Two UVM students led the lesson for us.

Our group question was. "What can we create using a paper plate?" Students gave ideas, voted, collaborated and came up with final designs.

We are practicing Heart Words. Their penmanship is amazing. 

Ms. Rachana came to visit and teach us about India.

She read the book Feast of Peas and told us about how foods like peas and okra are an authentic part of many Indian dishes.

We are checking out okra.

Ms. Rachana wrote all of our names in Hindi.

We are making painted prints with cut okra.

We enjoyed the book My Magical Choices

Together we created a paper chain of choices.

We have been learning about fact families. These are lift the flap cards.
